April in Paris

Today we were told that one of the interns would have a diary of sorts featured on the company blog. I am uber excited to announce that I was chosen.  The interns had a brief individual meeting today with the boss and she really only asked one question… “Would you like to take my job?”  I said YES! I want your job. Later in the day at a staff meeting our boss announced the intern to be featured and why.  She says that only one person said they would want to take her job… She went on to explain that the person who wanted her job is more motivated, willing to take risks, wants more and is willing to do more for it… a leader someone who thinks outside the box. Me, a leader… I mean I have always known it, but so cool to that your boss can see it too! Yay me.
